First Friday’s August in Aurora 2021 (cont)

For this drawing, the woman seemed anxious or worried…I wanted to draw her in the best possible light so she could ‘rest’, or be at peace. A reflection of the true beauty within. I believe she was happy with what was reflected. The man, to the right (blog) was also a person who seemed frazzled with life. I wanted him to see how he was a true child of God and that we ALL possess beauty. We have to acknowledge this, and sometimes we simply need help with that mirror. It was truly a an honor to reflect their true beauty by drawing that in which i ‘see’.
